1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
iStore Jordan accepts return or exchange of used devices within 7 days from the original purchase date, subject to the following conditions:
The product must be in the same physical and functional condition as sold.

No signs of physical or liquid damage.
Device must not be iCloud locked or show Find My iPhone as enabled.
