Exchange or Return of Goods
All Apple hardware products carry a one-year Limited Warranty from the invoice date. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. You may review a copy of the Limited Warranty on new products, including its limitations and exclusions, before you purchase. Unopened items can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Dead on arrival (DOA) product: an Apple-branded hardware product considered DOA if it shows signs of a hardware failure preventing basic operability, upon its first use out of the box. If you believe that your product is DOA, please bring it to the iStore within 24 hours of the invoice date. iStore will determine whether the product is DOA and offer you the following options.
In case of replacement iStore will contact you to set up a replacement order of your DOA product. The DOA policy applies to all Apple hardware product currently offered at iStore. As new product are offered, iStore reserve the right to determine whether or not this policy applies. If the product is deemed DOA by iStore Computer’s Service Department more than hours after the invoice date, Apple’s standard product warranty will apply.
The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
- fully equipped equipment;
- a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the iStore online;
- warranty card;
- an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.
The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation
