Refund & Exchange Policy

At iStore, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our refund and exchange policy below:

1. Apple Hardware Warranty

All Apple hardware products come with a one-year Limited Warranty from the date of invoice. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. You may review the full terms and conditions of Apple’s Limited Warranty, including any limitations and exclusions, prior to purchase.

2. Exchange & Return Policy

Unopened items may be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

3. Dead on Arrival (DOA) Products

An Apple-branded hardware product is considered Dead on Arrival (DOA) if it exhibits a hardware failure that prevents basic operability upon first use out of the box.

  • If you believe your product is DOA, please visit the iStore within 24 hours of the invoice date.

  • iStore will inspect the product to confirm whether it qualifies as DOA.

  • If confirmed, iStore will arrange a replacement order for the product.

This DOA policy applies to all current Apple hardware sold by iStore. We reserve the right to determine the eligibility of new products under this policy as they become available. If the product is brought in after 24 hours from the invoice date, Apple’s standard warranty terms will apply.

4. Return Requirements

Returns will not be accepted if any of the following components are missing:

  • The complete product and all original accessories.

  • A valid purchase receipt from iStore (online or in-store).

  • The original warranty card.

  • A service department report detailing the defect.

5. Refund Timeline

Refunds for eligible returns will be processed in accordance with the timeframes set by applicable local laws and regulations.
