1.1 These Terms are the only conditions under which we sell Goods and form an integral part of any Contract.

PRICING
2.1 Prices listed are as shown on the Website, except in obvious error.
2.2 Prices may change without notice but will not affect already paid orders.
2.3 Prices include VAT. Delivery charges are separate.

ORDERING ONLINE
3.1 You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases.
3.2 All provided information must be accurate and belong to you.
3.3 You will receive an Order Confirmation email, which is not final. The contract is only formed when we send a final Confirmation email.
3.4 If a product is unavailable, we will notify you and issue a refund.

PAYMENT
5.1 Payments must be made at the time of purchase.
5.2 We accept Visa and MasterCard. Delivery will proceed only after payment confirmation.

DELIVERY
6.1 Estimated delivery time is 1–3 working days via Aramex.
6.2 We handle packaging and coordinate with Aramex for delivery.
6.3 Report any delivery damage within 48 hours and retain packaging.
6.4 In-store pickup is available at our Amman branches, free of charge.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
7.1 You may exchange or cancel your order within 7 working days. Goods must be unopened and returned in person.
7.2 Instructions for returns are available in-store.
7.3 You are responsible for returning the goods safely.
7.4 Refunds are processed within 30 days via the original payment method.
7.5 Defective products must be reported within 24 hours for replacement or refund.
7.6 Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

RISK & OWNERSHIP
8.1 Risk transfers upon delivery or agreed pickup date.
8.2 Ownership remains with us until full payment is received.

WARRANTIES
